Louisiana Lions Eye
Foundation - The
Louisiana Lions Eye Foundation (LLEF) is the Lions
organization within the State of Louisiana that carries out
the Lions Club mission as "Knights of Blind". The
Foundation offers many services to the public free of
charge. Some of the many services offered include eye
exams, surgeries, corrective eye treatments, eyeglass
recycling, research and education. Visit their site to

get a better idea of why we raise money for their great
work.
Louisiana Lions Camp - One of the Lions' most famous
projects. Located in Leesville, LA the Lions Camp
provides one-week camps free of charge to children who face mental and physical
challenges, diabetes, and pulmonary disorders. This
modern camp is specially equipped to provide a great
outdoor experience for these children, despite the
difficult challenges they face.
CubSight Program - The CubSight program is the
Lions' effort to provide early screening of children's
eyes. These early screenings can
determine if a child has a condition that may lead to
amblyopia, commonly referred to as Lazy Eye, or any other
eye diseases. Through accurate interpretation of the
screening results, CubSight can help prevent blindness in
these children with early detection and appropriate care.
